Before you want to increase your productivity, ask some questions or clarifications first to your clients. Make a checklist of the clients' needs, deadlines, and tasks. Then after that, ask your clients what are the top priorities. Organizing your task by priorities helps you lay down everything or you can easily handle everything. 

2. Consistency and Efficiency
Consistency is one key factor to keep your clients happy because it shows that you are dedicated to your work. Be consistent on how you manage your time, dealing with problems, relieving yourself from stress and thinking positively. Plan ahead on what you need to do for that specific day to overcome pressure. Celebrate any small and big goals or achievements that you’ve done. You deserve it! Valuing your time and limiting distractions are ways to maintain or increase the efficiency of your work. As much as possible, don't start tasks together. Try finishing them one by one instead.

3. Delivering Quality
Yes, quality matters most because it shows that you are passionate about your work. 
Making sure that the quality of your services is good enough to have a positive recommendation from your clients. This a way to convince more clients. 

4. Value them

Value your clients so that they will do the same to you. Give them the assurance that you will do everything you could. Trust and believe in them that both of you will grow in this particular business, work, and industry.
